In 1998 we entered our first website, a small gallery called Mathan a’Danns (‘Dancing Bear’ in Gaelic), into the Personal Gallery category of 5 Beans ‘Eye Candy’ competition. Four rounds of judging later, 100,000 websites had been eliminated and Mathan a’Danns Gallery had been upgraded to the Major Exhibits category (at their insistence) to share the top award with The Smithsonian Institute and Oxford University’s New Media Lab.
It is this standard of excellence that permeates every project indigoblues.ca is involved in, whether we are creating an online magazine or newspaper catering to thousands of readers or building a simple single proprietor website.
Collectively we have over 20 years experience in web development 
and graphic design with more than 350 websites under our belts (double that amount if you consider the sites we have been called in to ‘fix’, update and improve!). During this time we have employed a wide variety of technologies from Animation to Scripting Languages to Databases, often at the leading edge of design (such as the AJAX employed in certain sections of our website). But at the end of the day the standard of excellence is NOT about what we have achieved in the past but how we can leverage our skills and experience to help YOU grow your business via the Internet!
